My Story

A while back, life threw me a curveball, and I found myself recovering from an injury, out of shape and low on energy. Determined to turn things around, I have laced up my running shoes and hopped on a virtual bike. This site is where I document that journey—every sweaty run, every virtual hill conquered, and every lesson learned. From struggling with motivation to run to aiming to consistently run 5K by summer’s end, I’m proof that it’s never too late to start moving again. Want to join me?
